I'm Madison and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of big emotions or a parent wanting to support your child through a tough season, you’ve already taken an important first step by looking for help. My office is a space where teens, young adults, and families can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand themselves and each other in new ways. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
Being a teen today can be a lot. There’s pressure to keep up with school, friends, sports, social media, and expectations about the future — all while you’re still figuring out who you are and what matters to you. Sometimes that pressure builds up into anxiety, sadness, frustration, or just a general sense of feeling stuck or “off.” It’s okay if you don’t know exactly what’s wrong — therapy can be a place to start sorting things out.
In our sessions, you can talk openly about what’s been bothering you, without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than yourself. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself better and find ways to feel more in control of your emotions and choices.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just not like yourself lately, therapy can help you find your footing and start to feel more grounded. You don’t have to go through it alone.
As a parent, watching your teen struggle can be heartbreaking. You might notice changes in their mood, motivation, or communication — or maybe you just sense that something’s off but can’t quite pinpoint what it is. It’s normal to feel unsure about how to help and reaching out for support can be an important way to start rebuilding connection.
In my work with teens, I focus on creating a space where they feel genuinely understood and respected. Building trust is the foundation — when teens feel safe to talk about what’s going on, real progress follows. Together, we work on understanding what’s beneath the surface, building emotional awareness, and developing skills that foster confidence, communication, and resilience.
I also collaborate closely with parents and families to strengthen understanding and support at home. My approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered techniques — all grounded in empathy, honesty, and respect for each family’s unique story.
When teens feel seen and supported — both in therapy and at home — meaningful growth becomes possible. My goal is to help your teen develop the tools and insight they need to navigate challenges and move toward a more confident, authentic version of themselves.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step — but it’s also a brave one. My hope is to make therapy a place where you (or your teen) feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. Healing and change take time, and you don’t have to do this alone.
Outside of the therapy space, you’ll probably find me with my nose in a good thriller book, snuggled up with my Great Dane and Golden Retriever, building new LEGO sets, or hunting down the newest and coolest place to grab dinner with my family. I believe joy, curiosity, and connection are just as important to healing as insight and growth — and I try to bring that energy into my work every day.
