It is natural for us to encounter bumps in the road every now and then. But sometimes, those bumps feel like mountains and it can feel like we’re stuck. I am here to walk with you and help you move forward in times like these.

I believe deeply in the power of human connection in the path to healing and self-compassion. I understand the vulnerability that it can take to seek therapy. My goal in our work together is to create a safe space where you can bring your whole, authentic self and develop tools to become unstuck. My work as a therapist is grounded in a client-centered approach, meaning that your goals will guide our work together.

I have experience working with adults and children on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, increasing self-awareness, emotion regulation, exploring personal identities, and navigating life changes. Based on your needs and goals, I draw from a range of evidence based practices including mindfulness based stress reduction, parts work (Internal Family Systems), cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I am LGBQIA+ and Trans affirming. I am committed to social justice and anti-racist practices. I work continuously toward improving my practice to support each client’s intersectional identities. I am multiracial but I understand that my white-passing traits enable me with privileges that have shaped my life.

I look forward to connecting with you and invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call to see if I am a good fit for you!
