How We Work

Our play and art therapy approach

We meet children where they are with age-appropriate methods.

Play Therapy

Children communicate through play, processing emotions and building confidence along the way.

Art Therapy

Creative expression helps kids and teens process feelings they can't yet put into words.

Talk Therapy

For older teens, a strengths-based take on traditional talk therapy.

Family Involvement

We bring parents and guardians in, because therapy works best when families are part of the solution.
