she/her/hersA warm, compassionate space that fosters trust, creativity, and honest conversation.
Growing is part of our day-to-day life. As we grow, we sometimes encounter uncomfortable feelings and experience difficult patterns. These transitional periods can leave us feeling isolated and uncertain. However, these seasons of growth are instances in which we can blossom if provided with the right tools.
Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, negative self-worth, challenges with body image, and disordered eating. My goal is to cultivate a warm and compassionate space that fosters trust, creativity, and honest conversations. By working together, I hope that individuals find connection, confidence, and acceptance within themselves.
I use evidence-based practices that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Grounding, and Play Therapy techniques. For individuals that have challenges with disordered eating and body image, my approach blends Embodied Recovery and Intuitive Eating principles. I aim to create an environment where individuals are provided with tools to navigate the various seasons we experience.
