How We Work

Our affirming approach

We don't have an agenda for your gender or transition. You lead, and we support.

Strength-based

We work from your strengths and resilience, not a deficit.

Non-directive

You direct your own journey. We follow your lead without pressure.

Intersectional

We understand how race, sexuality, disability, and other identities intersect with gender.

Trauma-informed

We acknowledge the real discrimination trans people face and work to heal and build safety.

Family-centered when appropriate

Family acceptance is protective, so we support families on their journey too.
