$55–$77 per hour.
Based on experience, seniority, supervision, and language skills — with additional pay for the ability to serve historically marginalized communities. Administrative work outside the clinical hour is paid separately, at $20/hour.
Estimates include bonuses, estimated admin time, and 2 weeks PTO.
