Growing is part of our day-to-day life. As we grow, we sometimes encounter uncomfortable feelings and experience difficult patterns. These transitional periods can leave us feeling isolated and uncertain. However, these seasons of growth are instances in which we can blossom if provided with the right tools.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I work with children and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, negative self-worth, and body image. My goal is to cultivate a warm and compassionate space that fosters trust, creativity, and honest conversations. By working together, I hope that individuals find connection, confidence, and acceptance within themselves.

I use evidence-based practices that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Grounding, and Play Therapy techniques to foster an environment in which one is provided with tools to navigate the various seasons we experience.

Feel free to call and schedule a 15 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
