Welcome! 

My name is Becca and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate. 

So often the plans we have for our lives go astray. What we worked for, believed, and built our lives on can change in an instant. It’s easy to feel lost, anchorless, and at a loss for who we are. In therapy, my goal is to create a warm and collaborative space where you can bring your most honest and authentic self to gain insight and tools that can help you move toward freedom. I operate from a client centered approach, integrating theories and techniques such as dbt, existential, play therapy, and expressive arts.

Outside of the office, I love exploring all things creative. you can find me reading, singing, and saying “I bet I can figure out how to make that”.
