People often come to me when they are exhausted from holding everything together and ready to explore new ways of being - in their bodies, in their inner world, and in their relationships. Together, we work to forge different pathways – ones that foster steadiness, self-compassion, and meaningful change.

My journey to become a clinical social worker is interwoven with the arts, community organizing, social justice, and end-of-life care. These experiences taught me that healing is not linear—and that people often hold more wisdom, strength, and resilience than they realize. I work with clients to explore how to tap into those resources in unique and unexpected ways.

I work with adults (ages 25+) and have a specialized focus on supporting an older adult population (ages 60+).  I encourage you to take that first step in your own healing if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or navigating a profound life transition – medical diagnoses, divorce, grief from the loss of a loved one, or becoming a caregiver for an aging parent.

I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my sessions, and my therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, and deeply respectful of individual values and belief systems. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based practices that explore the mind-body connection in expressing emotions, experiencing grief, and healing from trauma.

I support clients in navigating painful and complex experiences, while honoring their autonomy and inner wisdom. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered to move at their own pace and define what healing and growth look like for them.

Areas of Focus Include:

  • Grief

  • Anticipatory grief

  • Aging process and identity shifts

  • Navigating emotions about a medical diagnosis

  • Depression and anxiety in adulthood and later life

  • Major life transitions, including divorce and retirement

I hold a Certificate in Gerontology and am an End-of-Life Doula.
