It’s a privilege to walk alongside individuals who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and deeper questions about identity, meaning, and worth. As a clinical mental health counseling intern working toward LCMHC licensure, I bring both professional training and real-world experience to our work together. I also hold a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-R) credential and have experience supporting individuals coping with grief, trauma histories, and complex life stories.

My approach is highly relational and grounded in mutual respect. I believe that people come to therapy with a purpose–and whether it’s healing from past harm or neglect, rebuilding relationships, confronting patterns of self-doubt, or simply trying to feel more seen, heard, or understood–I’m here to support that effort with care and intention.

My work is solution-focused and informed by a relational-cultural lens, which means we’ll draw from the strengths you already possess and the healing power of relationships, including the one we build in therapy. I offer a space that is collaborative, direct, and always present.

In my spare time, you can find me trying to entertain my young twins and eat, hike, and swim my way across the universe. If you’re looking for a therapist who listens without judgment and believes in your capacity for change, I’d be honored to connect.
