If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it’s also a meaningful first step toward change.
Some people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what’s wrong, while others simply know something feels heavy or unsettled. Wherever you are in the process, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe healing begins through authentic conversation, trust, and feeling truly heard.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). After more than two decades working in community service roles and raising four children, I returned to school in my 40s to pursue my Master of Social Work degree. I feel deeply connected to the core values of social work: the dignity and worth of every person, the importance of human relationships, and the belief that authentic connection can create lasting change. These values continue to guide my work today.
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and periods of uncertainty. My goal is to help clients feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I entered this field because I genuinely value listening to and understanding others, and I know not everyone has experienced what it feels like to be fully heard.
Some populations I especially enjoy working with include:
Middle schoolers, teens, and young adults
Parents (including single and co-parenting families)
The LGBTQ+ community
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around each person’s unique strengths and experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help identify unhelpful thought patterns, increase self-awareness, and build greater grounding and resilience. Together, we will move at your pace while recognizing the impact of past experiences and creating meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
Above all, I strive to meet clients where they are and foster an environment that feels authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental.
Reaching out takes courage, and you don’t have to do this alone. I would be honored to hear your story and support you through the process.
