You deserve a place where your story is honored, where the complexity of your life, your relationships, and your history can be explored without judgment. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of your experiences, therapy can be a powerful space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit can be hard. You might be wondering what “safety” is supposed to feel like, or how you’ll know if you can trust someone with the parts of your life you rarely share. If that’s where you are, I get it, and you’re already doing something brave by looking for support.
I’ve worked as a licensed psychotherapist for 23 years and have experience in various therapeutic settings. I hold an M.Ed. in Counseling with years of experience providing help to clients through various interventions including EMDR, mindfulness-based interventions, and traditional talk therapy with an attachment theory lens. I strongly believe in the importance of the therapeutic bond as one of the main tools for my clients healing process. I offer both in person and virtual sessions.
I help adults, couples, and families who’ve experienced trauma, complicated relationships, or longstanding emotional patterns that feel hard to break. Many of the people I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how their past continues to shape their present. If you’ve ever thought, “I should be over this by now,” or “Why does this keep happening?” then you’re in the right place.
My style is warm, steady, and attuned to my clients. I don’t rush the process, and I don’t expect you to show up perfectly. Instead, we explore your internal world together, paying attention to your cultural background, your history, and the ways you learned to protect yourself. Therapy with me is a space where you can take emotional risks at your own pace, knowing you’ll be met with curiosity rather than judgment.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying time and having adventures with my wife and daughter. If you’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, safety, and the complexity of being human, I’d be honored to meet you.
