Change can be difficult, whether it's a change you choose or not. Therapy provides support as you adapt to life's countless changes and curveballs. As a clinical social worker, I have spent time working alongside teens, young adults, and adults as they work through issues varying from hospitalization to exploring substance use and its effects on daily life, behavioral issues, and family conflict.  I am grounded in a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, but incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Spiritual/Faith exploration, and Mediation to address issues surrounding family conflict, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, substance use, co-occurring disorders, behavioral issues, anger management/exploration, and everyday stressors.

I draw extensively from Maslow's hierarchy of needs and help clients explore their immediate basic needs and safety while addressing love and belonging, self-esteem, and spiritual aspects of daily life.

A strong relationship between you, your family, and your therapist is vital. I work to foster an environment of trust, openness, and acceptance. As a clinician, my hope is that through growth, introspection, and exploration; therapy becomes a tool for progress.  Together we will explore solution-focused conversations and techniques to help cultivate a life you desire.
