Group Therapy at Your Next Chapter

What to Expect

Group therapy offers a powerful space for connection, growth, and healing — reminding us that we don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. At Your Next Chapter Counseling, our groups are thoughtfully designed and clinically facilitated to provide both structure and support, blending evidence-based practices with meaningful human connection.

Whether you’re learning new coping skills, deepening self-awareness, or finding community during a vulnerable season of life, group therapy creates opportunities for insight, validation, and lasting change all within a safe, welcoming environment.

Intentional Structure

Our groups follow a clear, purposeful format designed to build skills, encourage reflection, and support growth over time so each session feels grounded and meaningful.

Collaborative Energy

Group therapy harnesses the power of shared experience. Hearing others’ perspectives often brings clarity, reduces isolation, and helps normalize thoughts and emotions.

Clinical Facilitation

Groups are led by licensed clinicians who guide discussion, provide psychoeducation, and ensure the space remains safe, respectful, and therapeutically focused.

Connection and Belonging

Many clients find comfort in realizing they are not alone and that others are navigating similar challenges and can offer empathy, insight, and encouragement.

A Supportive Non-Judgemental Space

Groups are built on mutual respect, confidentiality, and compassion, allowing participants to show up authentically and feel truly seen and heard.
