Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s natural to need support when things don’t feel quite right. Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or weighed down by the past, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to create a compassionate, trauma-affirming, and inclusive space where you can show up at the intersection of  your authentic self.

I support teens and adults, including childhood neglect, abuse, parentification, and other attachment-related wounds. I create a space where your experiences are seen, validated, and respected, and all identities are honored. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and focus on “bottom-up” healing modalities that address both mind and body. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sand Tray Therapy, and other experiential approaches designed to reach the deeper layers of trauma.

As a social worker, my commitment is rooted in seeing and supporting the whole you. I'm here to walk with you as you navigate the broader systems that shape your life. You deserve access to resources, opportunities, and spaces that support your well-being and growth. Many of the challenges we face aren’t personal failures. They’re often deeply connected to unjust or imperfect social structures. Together, we can acknowledge these realities with compassion and work to move through them in ways that honor your strength, resilience, and potential to thrive. Social justice is not just a value, it’s a guiding principle in my work. I stand in strong solidarity with marginalized communities and advocate for equity in all areas of life. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and deeply committed to fostering a space where all identities, expressions, and lived experiences are seen, valued, and celebrated. I am also deeply committed to ongoing antiracist work, and I strive to continually learn from and uplift BIPOC voices, both personally and professionally.

If you’ve talked and thought about your struggles but are ready to go deeper, to process your pain at the root, I can support you in that journey. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit!
