Life can be challenging, and we all face moments when things just don’t feel right. Whether it’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step, it’s completely natural to need a little support along the way. My goal is to create a deeply compassionate, trauma-affirming, and inclusive space where you can show up as your true, authentic self. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences, honor your story, and work towards healing and growth. Through our work, we will tap into your inherent strengths, nurture your resilience, and help you rebuild the connections that matter most—both with yourself and with others.

While my primary focus is on supporting children and teens, I also work with adults, particularly those who are healing from the lasting impacts of childhood trauma. I approach each individual with care, compassion, and respect for their unique journey, recognizing the strength it takes to heal and move forward.

My areas of focus include:

  • Building secure relationships

  • Navigating big feelings and behaviors

  • Healing parent-child relationships

  • Building healthy peer connections

  • Healing from purity culture and religious upbringing (primarily evangelical Christianity)

  • Supporting healing from complex trauma, including ongoing or childhood experiences that were overwhelming or unsafe

My approach is warm, affirming, and trauma-informed. I believe in meeting you where you are, with no judgment, and providing a safe space for you to explore and heal. A few of the approaches I utilize include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Expressive Modalities, Harm Reduction, and sand tray therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — a technique that can be profoundly transformative in addressing trauma and fostering resilience.

As a social worker, my commitment is rooted in seeing and supporting the whole you. My role goes beyond therapeutic support—I'm here to walk with you as you navigate the broader systems that shape your life. You deserve access to resources, opportunities, and spaces that support your well-being and growth. Many of the challenges we face aren’t personal failures—they’re often deeply connected to unjust or imperfect social structures. Together, we can acknowledge these realities with compassion and work to move through them in ways that honor your strength, resilience, and potential to thrive.

I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and deeply committed to fostering a space where all identities, expressions, and lived experiences are seen, valued, and celebrated. Whether you're exploring your gender or sexuality, navigating relationships, or healing from past trauma, you deserve support that is grounded in empathy, care, and unconditional affirmation. Social justice is not just a value—it’s a guiding principle in my work. I stand in strong solidarity with marginalized communities and advocate for equity in all areas of life. I am also deeply committed to ongoing antiracist work, and I strive to continually learn from and uplift BIPOC voices—both personally and professionally.
