She specializes in family conflict, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and anger management. Modalities include DBT, solution-focused therapy, ACT, mindfulness, spiritual/faith exploration, and environmental psychology. She works with individuals, couples, and families ages 15–60.
