Hannah Kupsov, LCSWA
she/her/hersHelping clients move through systems and dismantle frameworks they never chose.
You might have genuine questions or concerns about how therapy could help during an unconventional time. I emphasize the impact of systems on mental health and explore methods we can use to move through those systems more fluidly.
I enjoy helping clients dismantle frameworks they were socialized into without permission — toxic productivity, rigid definitions of health and healing, or binary expectations. I draw from existentialism, DBT, mindfulness, ACT, modified CBT, somatic processing (including Polyvagal theory), attachment theory, and harm reduction.
With adolescents, I emphasize youth-led autonomy. In couples work, I use an Emotionally Focused (EFT) model with attachment theory and Gottman's principles. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules of more than two people, ages 15+.
